Other Ceremonies

When creating a ceremony that will be perfect for you – I want to know what works for you. I can supply you with ideas for music, poetry and readings but please remember, it really is all about you. No request is too “out there” or too extreme.

By knowing a bit about who you are, your passions, your hopes and dreams – we can ensure that your ceremony will be as individual as you are.

Name givings

You have a brand new reason to celebrate and want to share your bundle of joy with the world. A naming ceremony is the time to celebrate your new names – “Mummy and Daddy”. Naming ceremonies can bring out the child in all of us – let’s experiment together to find what works best for you.

Renewal of Vows

A renewal of vows ceremony can be to celebrate a “milestone” anniversary, to celebrate a great achievement together – or just because. Whether you want to recycle your original vows or update to reflect who you have become together, I can assist you to have the ceremony you have dreamed of.

Commitment Ceremonies

There are many different reasons why a couple would choose a commitment ceremony over marriage. The most important reason is that they want to be together forever and are ready to tell the world. Let me be your voice and we will tell the world together in a ceremony that reflects the love you feel for each other – now and forever.

Funerals

I believe a funeral should always be a celebration of life, and reflect the personality and wishes of the person that has passed. I will work with you to create a remembrance that will capture the essence of your loved one and give them a send off filled with the love and dignity that they deserve. And remember – it is OK to laugh or be irreverent at a funeral, especially if the personality we are celebrating would want it that way.

Pet funerals

Pets come into our lives and indelibly leave their paw prints in our hearts. As such, we can farewell our pets in the same way as we would the human members of our family. A pet funeral celebrates the bond that was shared between the pet and their family and can be beneficial in helping with the grieving process.
